About DigitalKortex
We think the digital business card market has its pricing backwards. Here's what we're doing about it.
Look across the digital business card field and the same six capabilities are paywalled almost everywhere: unlimited scans, analytics, CRM integration, lead-capture forms, custom branding and team management. Several platforms charge separately for event lead capture on top of that. The pattern is consistent enough to be a business model — compete on hardware margins, then gate the software that makes the hardware useful.
That gating is the opening. Buyers are not confused about what they want; they are annoyed that basic analytics and a CRM export sit behind a $10–15 per user per month tier, and that a team of two is billed for five seats. None of those features are expensive to provide. They are gated because gating works.
So we include them. All six live in our base paid plan, priced roughly 30–50% under comparable team pricing, and Team starts at two seats instead of five. The timing is on our side: around 78% of smartphones read NFC, every modern phone reads a QR code natively, and the person receiving your card needs nothing installed. There is no adoption friction left to solve — only the pricing.

What we stand for
Include, don't upsell
The features that make a card worth having belong in the plan people actually buy. We treat moving one up a tier as breaking a promise.
The recipient does nothing
Someone handed a card should never be asked to install an app or make an account. Web-first isn't a shortcut — it's the whole point.
Your data stays yours
GDPR and CCPA ready, self-serve export and delete, vCard and CSV on the way out. Lock-in isn't a retention strategy we're willing to use.
