What DigitalKortex does

The whole catalogue, with an honest label on each item. 19 features work today; the rest are marked so you can see exactly what you would be buying into.

We're building in the open

DigitalKortex is early. You can sign up, build a card, add a photo, publish it to a public profile, have someone scan the QR and save your contact without an account, and then see the visit show up in your analytics — that whole path is real and works now. Everything marked Building or Planned is on the roadmap and not yet available. When those land, they land in the plans described on the pricing page — we won't move them into a higher tier.

Your card and profile

The card itself, and the page anyone you share it with will see.

  • Card creation

    Live

Name, title, company, photo, bio and typed links — phone, email, website, address and socials.

  • Public profile

    Live

A fast, mobile-first page at a permanent /c/ address, plus /u/your-handle on paid plans. No login for whoever you send it to, and it targets a sub-second load on 4G.

  • Save to contacts

    Live

One tap downloads a vCard that imports cleanly on iOS and Android. The recipient needs no app and no account.

  • QR code and share link

    Live

Every card gets a QR with our mark in the centre and a short, stable link. Both resolve to the same profile.

  • Multiple cards

    Live

Hold separate cards for separate contexts — work, side business, conference — each with its own address and QR. Free covers two; paid plans are unlimited.

  • Wallet passes

    Live

Keep your card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and choose which of your details ride along on it.

  • Themes and customisation

    Planned

Templates, colours, fonts and layout, in light and dark, with a live preview as you edit.

  • Custom branding

    Live

Your logo and accent colour on the card, and "Made with DigitalKortex" removed. In the base paid plan, not a tier above it. Colours that text can't sit on legibly are refused rather than quietly adjusted.

  • Vanity handles and domains

    Live

Choose your own handle on a paid plan. Free cards don't get one — they use their permanent address instead, which never breaks. Pointing your own domain at a card comes later.

  • Rich media

    Planned

A video intro, a portfolio gallery, files, a booking link or a payment link on the card itself.

  • Printable card

    Live

Print a card at real business-card size, landscape or vertical, US or ISO. The QR prints as vector so it scans off paper, and Save as PDF gives a print shop what it needs.

  • Link display format

    Planned

Choose whether a link reads as its full address or with https:// and www. stripped. The link itself is unchanged — only how it reads. Stripped is cleaner on a card people tap; the full address is safer on one people type in from print.

Sharing

Every way a card can travel, without asking anything of the recipient.

  • Universal share

    Building

QR and short link work today. SMS, email and the native share sheet are next.

  • NFC

    Planned

Write your profile to any NFC tag for tap-to-share. Bring your own tag — hardware is optional, not the product.

  • Email signature

    Live

An HTML signature block with your name, title, company, card link and an optional QR — copied straight into Gmail, Apple Mail or Outlook. Table-based and inline-styled, because mail clients stopped improving years ago.

  • Virtual backgrounds

    Planned

Downloadable Zoom and Meet backgrounds with your QR in shot.

  • Two-way exchange

    Live

The person you met can send their details back without making an account, and they land in your contacts. The same form as lead capture, from their side of the handshake.

Lead capture and contacts

Gated by nearly every competitor, and charged for separately at events by several. Included here.

  • Lead capture forms

    Live

A "share yours back" form on your card, so an exchange goes both ways. Optional for the visitor, rate limited and honeypotted against spam, and it records only what they type — no IP, no fingerprint.

  • Contact manager

    Live

Captured contacts in the dashboard: open one to edit every field a business card carries, add private notes, tag it, and rate it out of five. Searchable across all of it, exportable as CSV, and deletable one by one — which is how a request to be forgotten gets honoured.

  • Paper card scanner

    Planned

Photograph a paper card and get a contact record out of it.

  • Event mode

    Planned

Bulk capture across a conference, exported per event. Reasonable event usage is included, not billed separately.

  • Contact export

    Live

All of them to CSV for a spreadsheet or a CRM, or any one of them as a vCard straight into your phone. Every plan — contacts you collected are yours, and a lapsed subscription never holds them.

Analytics

Who looked, how many of them there were, and when — without tracking anyone personally.

  • Card analytics

    Live

Views, unique visitors and contacts saved, in total, per card and as a year-at-a-glance activity graph. No personal data in the pipeline — visitors are counted with a daily-rotating hash, never a cookie. Per-link click tracking is still to come.

  • Geography and sources

    Live

See which city and which referring site your views came from — useful for telling whether a QR code on a flyer or an ad is actually being scanned. Paid plans. Locations are resolved from a database we host ourselves, so visitor IPs never leave our servers.

  • Team analytics

    Planned

The aggregate view across a whole team, for admins.

Integrations

Your leads belong in whatever you already use.

  • CRM sync

    Building

Push captured contacts straight to HubSpot, or to any signed webhook — which covers Zapier, Make, n8n and anything you write yourself. On every paid plan. Salesforce is next.

  • Zapier and Make

    Building

A new contact already fires a signed webhook, which is what a Zapier or Make catch hook wants. Triggering on a new view, and a listed app rather than a hook you paste, are still to come.

  • Calendar and scheduling

    Planned

Put a Calendly or Google Calendar booking link on the card.

Accounts, teams and trust

The administrative parts, including the ones usually reserved for enterprise.

    Live

Secure sign-up and sign-in with managed sessions. Social and magic-link options are configurable.

  • Dashboard

    Live

Create, edit, publish and delete your cards, upload a photo, and see who has been looking. Contact management arrives with lead capture.

  • Billing and subscriptions

    Planned

Self-serve upgrade, downgrade and invoices. Until this lands, paid plans aren't purchasable — signing up puts you on the free plan, and the pricing page describes what those plans will cost.

  • Teams and roles

    Planned

Create an organisation, invite people, assign admin or member. No five-seat minimum.

  • Centralised branding

    Planned

Admins set the brand and templates the whole team uses.

  • Bulk provisioning

    Planned

CSV import to create and assign cards across a team, bulk edit, and offboarding that reassigns a leaver's company cards rather than losing them.

  • Team directory

    Planned

An internal directory of everyone's cards, so a colleague is findable without asking for their link.

  • Verified badges

    Planned

A badge on a card confirming the person genuinely belongs to the organisation that claims them.

  • EU data residency

    Planned

Store EU users' data in-region. Offered as an option rather than a migration.

  • SSO and SCIM

    Planned

SAML single sign-on and directory sync — offered earlier and cheaper than the incumbents do.

  • Export and delete your data

    Live

Download everything we hold as JSON, or delete your account and all its cards outright. Both are immediate and self-serve — not a support ticket, and not a retention tactic.

  • Accessibility

    Building

Public profiles and the editor meet WCAG 2.1 AA. The marketing site does too.
