What does “included, not upsold” actually mean?
Six things competitors almost always paywall — unlimited scans, analytics, CRM sync, lead-capture forms, custom branding and team management — are in our base paid plan. We won't move them up a tier later.
Do I need an NFC card to use it?
No. Every card works as a QR code, a share link and a wallet pass. Physical NFC cards are an optional add-on, not the product.
Does the person receiving my card need an app?
No, and they never will. They scan or tap, a web profile opens, and they save your contact. No install, no account.
Is there a minimum team size?
Team starts at two seats. Most competitors bill you for five whether you use them or not; we ask for two because Team includes everything in Pro and costs less per seat, so a single Team seat would be more product for less money than Pro. Past that you pay for the seats you actually have, and larger teams get larger discounts — talk to us and we'll quote it.
Is tax included in the price?
Yes. The price on this page is what you are charged — tax comes out of it rather than being added at the last step. We sell in the United States and Canada for now, and where we are registered to collect tax, we absorb it rather than passing it on.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time. Contacts export to vCard and CSV, and CRM sync is one-click. Self-serve export and delete are built in, not a support ticket.
